Workshops at Weekends

A great venue for our photography courses, National Trust Longshaw Estate is in the Peak District, not far from Sheffield, Buxton and Bakewell and only 35 miles from Manchester.
There are any number of subjects for photography, including moorland with the remains of millstone quarries where mill wheels remain abandoned, woodland and dramatic panoramas, Padley Gorge with its ancient oaks, tumbling streams and fantastic wildlife.

For many of our workshops, we will be able to find numerous subjects to photograph, just a few minutes' walk from our base at the Moorland Discovery Centre - a purpose-built education centre.
