One-day Workshops at Hall Place and Gardens, Bexley, Kent
We run a variety of photography courses from our very popular Explore One - Get Off Auto course for beginners to the more advanced Explore Two and other advanced courses at Hall Place for all DSLR, bridge. and compact system cameras.
Hall Place is set in award-winning gardens on the banks of the River Cray with magnificent topiary and beautiful enclosed gardens. The gardens provide is a prefect venue for our photography courses which run from 10.14-4.15 in the Education Room opposite the lovely cafe. In the gardens there are sub-tropical glasshouses full of colourful plants and water features perfect for rainy days! The gardens filled with flowers, and a river full of ducks and geese provide inspiring subjects for our photography courses. In the Butterfly Jungles, our photographers are able to walk amongst stunning free flying butterflies from around the world in a rainforest environment full to the brim with beautiful exotic flowers. There is also a large collection of owls our photographers can visit. Entrance fees to the Butterfly House (£4) and Jambs Owl Experience (£4) are not included in the booking cost.
