On our one-off sports action and event photography workshops, you'll learn techniques to capture fast action shots of any subject, and how to create a feeling of movement by panning to blur backgrounds.  Each workshop is different so please read the information on the course in the booking form below. The Joining Instructions and meeting point will be sent after you book. Our workshops are run by enthusiastic tutors like Carl Slezacek  who love the thrill of action on tracks like Brands Hatch. Entry tickets are not included but if you visit the venue website  you can often obtain a discount by buying your ticket in advance online. 

You will need good zoom lenses for all of these courses which are suitable for DSLRs, compact systems, and bridge cameras (but please be aware it is nearly impossible to pan just using a back screen, and some bridge and compact system cameras have a shutter or focus lag - so you may discover the limits of your camera tracking very fast action). A reasonable level of fitness is required for some of the tracks like Brands Hatch so you can carry all your equipment to the corners - please check with us if you have any concerns before booking.
